Ralleo ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted analysis of tennis swings and an optional
community where players can share clips. This policy explains what we collect, why,

Information we collect
- Account: email address, display name/username, date of birth (to apply
age-appropriate restrictions), and optional profile details (dominant hand,
skill level, avatar image).
- Swing media & analysis: the videos you record or upload and the
body-pose/biomechanics data we derive from them to produce your feedback.
- Community activity: clips you choose to share, captions, ratings,
comments, likes, and reports/blocks you submit.
- Usage & device: app interactions and basic device/log data used to
operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To analyze your swings and show your results and progress.
- To run the optional community feed, including safety and moderation
(filtering, reports, blocks, and removal of objectionable content).
- To authenticate you, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your videos
for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with vendors that process it on our behalf:
- Google Firebase — authentication and secure media storage.
- Railway — backend hosting and database.
- An automated content-moderation provider, where enabled, to screen text and
images submitted to the community.
Sharing & visibility
Content stays private to you unless you explicitly share it to the community.
Shared clips are reviewed and may be visible to other users; you can unshare or
delete them. Streaming links to your clips are short-lived and per-viewer.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect their personal information without verifiable parental consent. We use the
date of birth you provide to restrict accounts identified as minors from posting to
the public community feed. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data,
contact ralleo.tennis@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your choices & rights
- Access & update your profile in the app.
- Delete individual clips, and request deletion of your account and
associated data by contacting ralleo.tennis@gmail.com or using
in-app account deletion where available.
- Depending on your region (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have rights to
access, correct, delete, or port your data; contact us to exercise them.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to operate the
service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry
-standard safeguards, though no method is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above; material changes will
be highlighted in the app.
