You retain ownership of the videos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and (only for content you choose to share) display it to operate the service. You are responsible for content you submit and must hold the necessary rights to it.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content, and not to harass other users. We may filter, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and act on reports at our discretion. You can report content and block users in the app; we aim to act on reports promptly.
Swing analysis is provided for informational and training purposes only, is generated automatically, and may be inaccurate. It is not medical, health, or professional coaching advice. Train within your limits and consult a professional where appropriate.
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
